The first day of fencing with Tank involved putting in the strainer posts and gateways.
It was slow going because strainer posts were 110kg. They bookend the fence giving aesthetics, form and function.
The secret to any good anaesthetic is likewise getting the foundations right.
Building a safe, effective performance environment paves the way for best possible patient outcomes.
‘Below Ten Thousand’ strengthens the safety culture so that in a busy multidisciplinary team the foundations of each case can be performed with precision.
Tank sets his foundations to create a good fence which, over time, cattle and the forces of nature are going to push higgildy piggildy.
How much more important is it for clinicians to get our clinical foundations right!
