A surgeon wanted everyone’s attention during a difficult operation, but no one was listening.
He was at the point of exploding, but he didn’t.
Instead, he called ‘Ten Thousand Feet’ and immediately got the response he desired.
Everyone pause what they were doing and listened.
“It saved me a trip to HR,” he said later.
Because the trip to HR in itself would have been a huge distraction when he has so many more important and productive things to occupy his day.
Ten Thousand Feet.
Like Goodyear tyres, if it only saves you once a year, it’s a good year!
